Can we bring our own vendors, or do you have preferred vendors?

We do not have a list of preferred vendors, and you are welcome to bring your own vendors. We want you to have the flexibility to choose the professionals who will make your wedding uniquely yours.

Are there any restrictions on decorations or styling?

We encourage creativity and personalization! There are minimal restrictions, and we’re happy to bring your vision to life. We kindly ask that decorations be applied without the use of thumbtacks, nails, or staples. For a secure and venue-friendly approach, we recommend using clear scotch tape and command strips for your decorative needs.

Can we add features to our booking?

Absolutely! We offer flexibility to customize your booking to suit your needs. You can add features such as additional chairs/tables, event tents, or any other optional items to enhance your event experience. Simply discuss your requirements with our event staff, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your requests. Additional charges may apply for added features.

Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?

Our wedding packages are designed to be comprehensive, covering many aspects of your special day. Holiday bookings will be subject to an additional $200 per day. We provide transparent pricing, and any additions you may want will be clearly communicated during the planning process.

What is your cancellation and Refund policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable.
  • Payments, excluding the non-refundable deposit, are refundable up until 30 days before the event.
  • No rental fee refunds within 30 days of the event.
  • Add-ons are refundable until delivery/setup; no refunds after.
